Shipping & Freight
- All in stock items will normally ship within 3 business days of the purchase date.
- Stock updates may be delayed on the website. We make every effort to keep the stock count accurate. If you are in a rush call or email ahead of time.
- We only ship on our UPS account and cannot use your account. Freight is an exception and will be arranged during shipping.
- All orders will be shipped to the shipping address provided. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- If you need an item by a certain date, please call or email ahead to arrange shipment. DON'T WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE.
- Items requiring freight will have shipping charged separate. We will be in contact with you to arrange shipping and collect payment.
- High value items are shipped with insurance and require signature upon delivery. PLAN ACCORDINGLY.
- Damage that occurs during shipping is not our responsibility. Contact the shipping company in the event of package damage.
- We are not responsible for delays in shipping after a package has left our facility. This is the responsibility of the shipping company and should be taken up with them.
- Shipping and freight are non-refundable
