L&M Sleeved Ford 5.4 / 5.8L Aluminium Engine Block (Service)
This is our sleeved version of the Ford 5.4 / 5.8L aluminum engine block used in the Ford GT and 2011-2014 Ford Shelby GT500. All blocks are sleeved with our custom designed flanged, double-thick, sleeves and installed with a proprietary nitrogen shrink fit process, insuring proper contact is maintained between engine block and cylinder sleeve allowing for optimal heat transfer to the engine cooling jacket. All blocks come with machined decks with proprietary finish and all bores are semi-finished to allow STD bore size. Our sleeved 5.4 / 5.8L engine block maintains the stock displacement when finished machined and honed.
All sleeved block cylinders will be undersized. They will need to be bored, and honed to get to factory dimensions. Select " Finish for Assembly" to have your block bored, honed, and washed for assembly.

Contact us ahead of time for possible freight charges. After ordering, you are ultimately responsible for arranging freight to our facility (We can assist you if you contact us). Engine block should be secured on a standard pallet and protected. Final freight charge for return shipping will be processed when the job is completed and we will contact you to finalize payment.
